FAQ

¿Hablan español?

¡Definitivamente! Nací en Costa Rica y siempre e sido bilingue. Seria un placer servirte.

Are we taking advantage of people?

Definitely not. A cash offer on a house isn’t for everyone but it is a perfect option for some. We want to help those to whom it will be a good idea. If a cash offer is not in your best interest then we will gladly let you know.

Do you speak Spanish?

I sure do! Born in Costa Rica, I grew up bilingual and bicultural.

How do you determine what the offer will be?

There are numerous factors that go into the equation, but it ends up being about 70% of the current value of the property.

If I am being foreclosed on, is there any way to keep the house?

Yes there is. If you are being foreclosed on then that means the bank is owed money therefor they are trying to take back the house in order to get the money however, you can negotiate with the bank.

You can always ask your bank for a “loan modification.” A loan modification is when you renegotiate the terms of your loan. Anything is possible so don’t be afraid to ask for for terms you feel you can handle. The worst that could happen is that the bank says, “no” but the alternative is “yes” which means they are willing to work with you to come up with a solution.

What do you do with the house once you buy it?

We will make any necessary repairs and then add it to our portfolio of rental properties or turn around and sell it, aka as flipping the house.
